All-Pro Browns T Jack Conklin out for season with knee injury after signing off on $60M contract

Cleveland Browns right tackle Jack Conklin tore the ACL and MCL in his left knee after Sunday's Week 1 game against the Cincinnati Bengals victory, ending his season.

Head coach Kevin Stefanski told reporters Monday that an MRI confirmed the injury after Conklin left Sunday's game on a cart. The two-time All-Pro will replace fourth-round rookie Dawand Jones, who filled in for him on Sunday.

"When he's ready, he's going to be back in the building to help us,"Stefanski said of Conklin. 'He's a big part of our offensive line. I'm disappointed in him. But it's typical football. You never know when these things are going to happen.
